Jerry Guo, the founder of our company, has served as our president and chief executive officer and as the chairman of our board of directors since our founding in 2003. Prior to founding our company, Mr. Guo served as the Vice President of Broadband at River Delta Networks, which was acquired by Motorola in 2001. Prior to that, Mr. Guo was a research scientist at Bell Laboratories’ research division. Mr. Guo holds a Ph.D. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and an M.S. degree in optical instruments from the Department of Precision Instruments at Tsinghua University.

    Senior Vice President, Operations
    Lucy Xie has served as our senior vice president of operations since 2011 and as a member of our board of directors since 2003. From 2003 to 2011, Ms. Xie served as our chief financial officer and vice president of operations. Prior to joining Casa, Ms. Xie held various accounting, finance and management positions at Raytheon, a U.S. defense contractor and industrial corporation, and Lucent Technologies, a telecommunications equipment company. Ms. Xie has also served as the vice chairman and a board member of the Asia-America Chamber of Commerce since 2015. Ms. Xie holds an M.B.A. degree in accounting from Fairleigh Dickinson University.

      Chief Technical Officer
      Weidong Chen has served as our chief technology officer since 2004 and as a member of our board of directors since 2010. Prior to joining Casa, Mr. Chen served as a software manager at Motorola, a multinational telecommunications company from October 2001 to November 2003. Mr. Chen holds a Ph.D. degree in physics from the University of Pennsylvania.

        Chief Financial Officer
        Maurizio Nicolelli serves as the Chief Financial Officer at Casa Systems.  Before joining the company, Mr. Nicolelli served as Principal and Chief Financial Officer of FactSet Research Systems Inc. since October 2009. During his tenure as FactSet CFO, Mr. Nicolelli oversaw the company’s rapid growth and was instrumental to numerous operational initiatives and M&A projects, including the acquisition, day-to-day management, and eventual successful divesture of Market Metrics. Mr. Nicolelli joined FactSet and its finance group in 1996 as the Senior Accountant and served as its Chief Accountant from 1999 to 2001. From 2002-2009, he served as Comptroller and Vice President. Prior to joining FactSet, he was employed at PricewaterhouseCoopers LLP. Mr. Nicolelli, a Certified Public Accountant, holds a B.A. degree in Political Science from Syracuse University and an MBA from St. John’s University.

          Senior Vice President, Strategy & Corporate Development
          Scott Bruckner has served as senior vice president of strategy and corporate development since November 2017. Prior to joining Casa, Mr. Bruckner was a Senior Managing Director at Macquarie Capital USA in the firm’s TMET group. Previously, he worked for Perella Weinberg Partners, where he was a partner leading the firm’s Global Technology Corporate Mergers and Acquisitions Advisory effort. Mr. Buckner also worked in various senior leadership positions for Morgan Stanley including Managing Director, where he co-headed the European Technology Investment Banking Group, and also served as a senior member of the Firm’s European Communications and Media Investment Banking Group. Scott was one of the founding members of the firm’s Moscow office and later moved to London where he formally joined the Communications Investment Banking Group, focusing on wireless service providers and wireless technologies. Mr. Bruckner holds a Ph.D. degree in political science and economics and a M.A. degree in political science from the University of California.

            Vice President, Wireless Product Management
            Mr. Gibbs has served as vice president of product management at Casa since 2014. He brings over a decade of prior wireless experience managing the industry-leading wireless subscriber management solutions at Starent Networks and Cisco Systems. His broader career includes tenure at the core Internet routing infrastructure supplier, Avici Systems and the Long Distance, Local & Multimedia business units at Sprint. Andrew has numerous industry patents in areas ranging from Policy Enforcement and Multi-Radio Management for LTE Backhaul Networks. Mr. Gibbs holds an M.B.A. degree from the Guizueta Business School at Emory University and a B.A. degree from the University of Rochester.

              Mr. Wolff currently serves as vice president of wireline product management leading the overall strategy and management of the product portfolio for end to end solutions.  Previous to Casa, Mr. Wolff served as vice president of outside plant engineering and architecture at Charter Communications and vice president of edge and access networks engineering and architecture at Time Warner Cable.  Mr. Wolff brings over 18 years of supplier side experience as vice president / general manager of access networks leading the development of video, HFC and optical products for MSO applications at ADC Telecommunications, C-COR and ARRIS. Mr. Wolff holds a M.S. in Electrical Engineering and a M.E. in Computers and Systems from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.

                Mr. Li has served as vice president of engineering, wireless products and previously as director of engineering, wireless products for Casa Systems since October 2012.  Before joining Casa, Mr. Li held various engineering leadership positions at a number of leading technology companies. Most recently, he was tech leader at Starent Networks, later purchased by Cisco Systems, where he designed, managed and implemented key software platforms and subsystems. Previously, Mr. Li served as senior software engineer at Ennovate Networks, a provider of carrier-class IP service provisioning products, and prior to that, he served as a kernel software consultant for Sitara Networks, a provider of network performance solutions for enterprises and service providers.  Mr. Li holds a M.S. degree from the National University of Singapore and a B.S. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

                  Mr. Arifovic serves as vice president of wireline software engineering at Casa Systems.  Before joining Casa, Mr. Arifovic served in various engineering and technology leadership positions including vice president of engineering and portfolio owner of enterprise campus and the DC ethernet switching at Extreme Networks where he was responsible for managing a global software engineering team and multiple R&D partnerships. Previously, Mr. Arifovic was a senior director of research and development at Avaya and he was instrumental in the company’s development of new wide range ethernet switching portfolio based on commercial silicon, as well as one of the first disaggregated networking concepts using ODM hardware and an in-house developed networking operating system. Mr. Arifovic also led the carrier and metro ethernet switching portfolio at Nortel Networks.  Mr. Arifovic holds a B.S. degree in electrical engineering from the University of Sarajevo.

                    Mr. Hanna has served as the vice president of global marketing at Casa since February 2015. Prior to joining Casa Systems, Mr. Hanna was vice president of marketing for Ericsson’s North American market where he was responsible for strategic marketing, tactical marketing, lead generation and business development for the company’s largest region. Prior to this, from 1998-2001, he was vice president of marketing and product development for Powertel, Inc. a wireless service provider purchased by Deutsche Telekom in 2001 helping to create T-Mobile USA. Mr. Hanna started his career at Hughes Aircraft Company (1984-1987) and then General Electric (1987-1995); holding a number of cross-functional leadership positions in marketing, sales, business development, operations, and engineering. Mr. Hanna is an alumnus of the Harvard Business School and graduate of its General Management Program. He holds an M.S. degree in management from Massachusetts Institute of Technology and an M.S. degree in electrical engineering from Syracuse University.

                      Cheryl George serves as our Vice President, Human Resources. Ms. George has held the positions of Senior Director of Human Resources (December 2015 - August 2018); Human Resources Director, Talent Acquisition (June 2014 - November 2015); Human Resources Director (October 2013 - June 2014) and HR Consultant (March 2013 - May 2013) during her tenure with Casa Systems.  Prior to joining the company, Ms. George held various leadership positions including vice president of human resources at Segway, a personal transportation manufacturer and FEI Company as human resources manager.  Her broader career includes tenure at Micrion Corporation, The BOC Group, BTU and Carlson Real Estate.  Ms. George holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from Salem State University, a certificate in Human Resources Management from Bentley University, and SPHR and SHRM-SCP certifications.

                        Vice President, Manufacturing Operations
                        Mr. Gatto has served as vice president of vice president of manufacturing operations sales since January 2017. Prior to joining Casa, he was senior vice president of engineering and supply chain at Whoop, Inc., a manufacturer of heart rate monitors used to provide performance feedback to professional and elite athletes. Previously, Mr. Gatto served as principal and managing director for Global Ops, a consulting firm focused on business re-engineering and operational excellence. He was also senior vice president of sales for Myriant, a development stage industrial biotechnology company and vice president of operations and supply chain at Tyco Safety, a provider of video surveillance and access control products. Previously, Mr. Gatto held various senior leadership positions in operations and supply chain for 3COM. Mr. Gatto holds a M.S. degree in Electrical Engineering from Syracuse University and B.S. degree in mechanical engineering from Tufts University.

                          Mr. Chouinard has served as vice president of North American sales since 2015. Prior to joining Casa, he was vice president of sales at C-COR, a communications services company that was acquired by Arris Systems, Inc., from 2007 – 2015. Mr. Chouinard also served as director of sales at Ellacoya, a broadband networks communications equipment company and vice president of sales at Voxpath, a VoIP communications solutions provider. Mr. Chouinard started and successfully managed his own company, US Fiber, before selling it in 1996. Prior to this, he was director of sales at Lucent Technologies. Mr. Chouinard holds a B.A. degree in finance from Metropolitan University.

                            Mr. Charles Bernstein serves as our Vice President, North America Mobile and Telco Sales. Mr. Bernstein is a seasoned sales management executive with extensive experience working with top-tiered communications service providers.  Throughout his career, he successfully spearheaded several large-scaled initiatives that propelled the growth of companies for whom he worked and his corresponding customers.   Prior to joining Casa Systems, Mr. Bernstein held executive leadership roles serving as an officer and Senior Vice President Worldwide Sales at Westell Technologies, Vice President Worldwide Sales at Telecommunication Systems, Inc. (acquired by Comtech), Vice President North American Sales at Net Optics (acquired by Ixia), Vice President and General Manager North American Sales, Tellabs.  Mr. Bernstein holds a B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park and completed the Executive Sales Management Program at Columbia University Graduate School of Business.

                              Gibson Ang brings over 20 years of experience to his role as vice president, technology for Casa Systems.  He is responsible for the development of new technologies and product strategies for Casa’s converged broadband portfolio.  In his role, Mr. Ang works closely with customers to identify new opportunities and define product requirements ensuring that these solutions align with customer needs.  Previously, Mr. Ang served as director of mobility product management since he joined the company in 2015.  Prior to joining Casa Systems, Gibson was a Product Manager at Cisco Systems responsible for developing and launching wireless products.  Gibson started his career with Motorola and worked for high-flying start-ups such as Watercove Networks, acquired by Alcatel-Lucent, and Reef Point, acquired by GENBAND.

                                    Bruce Evans has been a director of our company since 2010. Since 1986, Mr. Evans has served in various positions with Summit Partners, a venture capital and investment firm, including most recently as a Senior Advisor. He is also currently a director of Analog Devices, a public company that designs and manufactures high-performance semiconductor products, as well as several private companies. Mr.Evans previously served as a director of more than fourteen public companies, including, from May 2012 to November 2014, FleetCor Technologies, a provider of fuel cards and workforce payment products and services. He is also Chairman of Vanderbilt University’s Board of Trust. Mr. Evans holds a B.E. degree in mechanical engineering and economics from Vanderbilt University and an M.B.A. degree from Harvard Business School.

                                    Bill Styslinger has been a director of our company since 2012. Mr. Styslinger served as chairman, president and chief executive officer of SeaChange International, a provider of multiscreen video software and services, from its inception in July 1993 until his retirement in November 2011. Mr. Styslinger was also previously a member of the board of directors of Omtool, a provider of enterprise client/server facsimile software solutions. Mr. Styslinger holds a B.S. degree in Engineering Science from the State University of New York at Buffalo.

                                      Dan Mead has served on the board of directors of Syniverse Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded business services company in the mobile communications industry, since December 2016. For over thirty-five years, Mr. Mead served in various leadership roles at Verizon Communications and its predecessor companies, including serving from October 2010 to July 2015 as the chief executive officer and president of Verizon Wireless and from October 2009 to October 2010 as the chief operating officer and executive vice president of Verizon Wireless. Mr. Mead was also one of the founding senior executives of Verizon Wireless in July 2000. Mr. Mead served as the chairman of the Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association, or CTIA, from July 2013 until December 2014 and served as a member of the boards of directors of the CTIA from September 2010 until March 2015 and of Vodafone Omnitel from September 2009 until October 2010. Mr. Mead also served on the Board of Trustees at Pennsylvania State University from July 2014 to July 2017, including as chairman of its Finance and Capital Planning Committee. Mr. Mead has a B.S. in quantitative business analysis and finance from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.

                                      Michael Hayashi is one of the cable industry’s pioneers, having led innovations for digital television, VoD, HD and Managed IP video. In 2001, Mr. Hayashi was honored with the Vanguard Award for Science & Technology. Mr. Hayashi spent 23 years as an executive at Time Warner Cable, where he most recently served as EVP of Architecture, Development and Engineering. Mr. Hayashi serves on the board of directors of Espial Group, Inc. and Petrichor Technologies, and previously served on the board of directors of Mindspeed Technologies, Inc. and BroadLogic Network Technologies, Inc. Mr. Hayashi also previously served as the Chairman of Open Cable Certification at Cablelabs. Mr. Hayashi received a B.S. in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College and an MBA from The Ohio State University. Mr. Hayashi has served as a director on our board since December 2018.

                                      Sue D’Emic served as Executive Vice President, Chief Financial Officer at Time Inc. from 2016-2018.  She joined Time Inc. as Senior Vice President, Global Controller & Chief Accounting Officer in October 2013 and was an integral part of the team that led the successful spin-off from Time Warner.  Prior to joining Time, Ms. D’Emic was Senior Vice President, Controller & Chief Accounting Officer of Frontier Communications, a leading provider of phone, internet and video services to rural towns and cities across the US.  Ms. D’Emic has also held senior financial positions at Reader’s Digest, Kraft Foods International and the Colgate Palmolive Company. She began her career at KPMG.  Ms. D’Emic, a Certified Public Accountant, received a B.S. in Accounting from the State University of New York at Binghamton.  Ms. D’Emic has served as a director on our board since December 2018.
