Alfred de Cárdenas is a seasoned global executive and brings over 30 years of sales, strategic and executive management experience to his role as Chief Customer Officer at Casa Systems. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated consistent results, leading various functions across Sales, General Management, Marketing, Operations, Product Development and Customer Services teams in the Wireless, Enterprise and Cloud-base segments. Driving strategic and industry leading initiatives, Mr. de Cárdenas has managed global organizations ranging in size from 30 to over 7,000 team members. Additionally, he managed international teams spending extensive time in LATAM and Asia driving both industry and growth strategies in those markets.
Prior to joining Casa Systems, Mr. de Cárdenas was CEO of Globetouch Inc., an IoT software platform company, where he transformed the company to a White-label Platform as a Service business. Prior to Globetouch, Alfred held numerous executive roles including Chief Commercial Officer at Sabre Travel Networks, COO at Syniverse Technologies, and General Manager of Core Switching portfolio at Nortel Networks. He also held various international assignments in Latin America, and Asia.
Mr. de Cárdenas began his career as Senior Engineer for Southern Bell (BellSouth). He earned a bachelor’s degree in industrial and systems engineering from Florida International University and an MBA from Nova Southeastern University.

For more than 23 years, Mr Collins has led teams specialising in M2M/IoT, 3G/4G, industrial computing, technical product concept design, hardware and software engineering, mobile computing, GPS and wireless communications.
Prior to joining NetComm Wireless, Mr Collins led Synaptia’s strategic enterprise projects and solutions architecture as the Company’s owner and director. Prior to that, Mr Collins managed a team of development engineers in the UK and Australia as Head of Development at Minor Planet Systems PLC, and Minor Planet Asia Pacific; and was responsible for the design, specification and implementation of software and hardware products at GPS Online.



Mr. Li has served as vice president of engineering, wireless products and previously as director of engineering, wireless products for Casa Systems since October 2012. Before joining Casa, Mr. Li held various engineering leadership positions at a number of leading technology companies. Most recently, he was tech leader at Starent Networks, later purchased by Cisco Systems, where he designed, managed and implemented key software platforms and subsystems. Previously, Mr. Li served as senior software engineer at Ennovate Networks, a provider of carrier-class IP service provisioning products, and prior to that, he served as a kernel software consultant for Sitara Networks, a provider of network performance solutions for enterprises and service providers. Mr. Li holds a M.S. degree from the National University of Singapore and a B.S. degree from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.

Dan Mead has served on the board of directors of Syniverse Holdings, Inc., a publicly traded business services company in the mobile communications industry, since December 2016. For over thirty-five years, Mr. Mead served in various leadership roles at Verizon Communications and its predecessor companies, including serving from October 2010 to July 2015 as the chief executive officer and president of Verizon Wireless and from October 2009 to October 2010 as the chief operating officer and executive vice president of Verizon Wireless. Mr. Mead was also one of the founding senior executives of Verizon Wireless in July 2000. Mr. Mead served as the chairman of the Cellular Telecommunications & Internet Association, or CTIA, from July 2013 until December 2014 and served as a member of the boards of directors of the CTIA from September 2010 until March 2015 and of Vodafone Omnitel from September 2009 until October 2010. Mr. Mead also served on the Board of Trustees at Pennsylvania State University from July 2014 to July 2017, including as chairman of its Finance and Capital Planning Committee. Mr. Mead has a B.S. in quantitative business analysis and finance from Pennsylvania State University and an M.B.A. from Pennsylvania State University.
