Michael Hayashi is one of the cable industry’s pioneers, having led innovations for digital television, VoD, HD and Managed IP video. In 2001, Mr. Hayashi was honored with the Vanguard Award for Science & Technology. Mr. Hayashi spent 23 years as an executive at Time Warner Cable, where he most recently served as EVP of Architecture, Development and Engineering. Mr. Hayashi serves on the board of directors of Espial Group, Inc. and Petrichor Technologies, and previously served on the board of directors of Mindspeed Technologies, Inc. and BroadLogic Network Technologies, Inc. Mr. Hayashi also previously served as the Chairman of Open Cable Certification at Cablelabs. Mr. Hayashi received a B.S. in Engineering from Harvey Mudd College and an MBA from The Ohio State University. Mr. Hayashi has served as a director on our board since December 2018.
